Nancy Santullo
Founder and Executive Director

Nancy is the heartbeat of Rainforest Flow.

From the time she stumbled on a small village in Peru’s Amazon Rainforest during a trip to “find something “more in her life” in 1999, this former fashion photographer’s  commitment to improving the health of children and families in the southeastern Peruvian Amazon rainforest has only gotten stronger.

Once Nancy’s goal to deliver clean water, dignified sanitation and hygiene was realized in a pilot project in 2004, her vision has guided every aspect of the organization.

Focused on extending the reach of the only

collaborative WASH program to be sustainable and scalable for more than 20 years in the rainforest, Nancy’s has set her sight on building a physical structure for Rainforest Flow WASH Education + Research Center to train future generations to be strong stewards of the health of their communities. She will continue to work with donors, community organizations, anthropologists and engineers and technology partners to accomplish this.
